About the Author
Zeek is the pen name of Steve Dolby, a native of England, who ventured around the world in a handmade sailing cutter. His travels took him to many corners of the globe where he gathered the wisdom which he compiled for this book.

I have only begun to get to the entire scope of everything in the book. The author must have spent his entire life (or almost all of it) finding the facts in this book. Examples of what is covered in the book are acupunture, viatmins deficiencies, personality traits found in a person's handwriting, healthy recipes, an explnation of numerology, first aid, basic navigation, magic tricks, quick kid's games, and morse code to name just a few of the subjects.
